Your history belongs with you

Change your workflow. Keep your flying history.

Moving to a connected training workspace should not mean rebuilding years of flying. Bring supported digital logbook exports into DualGiven, review the imported records, and keep the source evidence with the history.

$39/month or $390/year after 30 days. Card required. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid a subscription charge.

How the workflow fits together.

01

Export from your existing logbook

Gather the supported data export and the source PDF containing signatures or endorsements.

02

Check flights, evidence, and students

Review field mapping, potential duplicates, source signatures, and student matches before completing the import.

03

Keep the next lesson connected

Use your existing history alongside new training records, paired logbooks, and student progress.

A careful start beats retyping your logbook.

01

Import flight entries

Use supported ForeFlight or LogTen files to bring dates, aircraft, routes, times, and remarks into your logbook.

02

Retain signed evidence

Include the source PDF for signed flights and endorsements. Review matched evidence and resolve anything the importer cannot confidently associate.

03

Review student matches

When student information is present in your instructor logbook, review proposed matches and student setup during import.

Bring the records, not just the totals

Built around what I need as an instructor.

Existing flights and endorsements matter. Import is a reviewed process: matching the source evidence is more useful than promising every file will import without a second look.

Before your first lesson with DualGiven

A few things you might be wondering.

What is DualGiven?

DualGiven is flight instructor software for independent CFIs and CFIIs. It brings student progress, scheduling, training records, logbooks, endorsements, quizzes, documents, and lesson billing into one workspace.

How much does DualGiven cost?

DualGiven costs $39 per month or $390 per year, with an instructor workspace, student access, and a 30-day trial. A card is required. Your subscription renews automatically after the trial unless you cancel. One airplane is included; additional airplanes cost extra. Student payment processing and platform fees are separate from your subscription.

Do my students need a paid subscription?

No. Students join through your instructor workspace without a separate subscription. They get 60 days of student access when added, renewed by each instructor-signed flight. Inactive students or those who go 60 days without a signed flight keep free access to their logbook.

Can I use DualGiven with ForeFlight or LogTen?

DualGiven supports logbook import and export workflows for ForeFlight and LogTen. Import flight entries first, then review PDF signatures and endorsements. These are file-based workflows, not a live connection to those apps.

Can I use it on my phone or iPad?

Yes. Use DualGiven on the web and in the native iPhone and iPad apps with the same account. Start and manage your instructor subscription on the website. Supported flight capture, signatures, and scans work offline; billing, AI processing, and online tools require a connection.

Does DualGiven decide when a student is ready?

You make the instructional decisions. DualGiven organizes training evidence and endorsement needs so you can review them. It does not replace your judgment about proficiency, eligibility, or readiness.

One workspace for the instructor side of flight training.
